Adam Stam

Director, Secured Fundings, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation

Adam Stam is Director, Secured Funding at Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in Plano, Texas. He is responsible for managing TMCC’s annual term funding program of approximately $20 billion. Adam and his team oversee the issuance of unsecured term debt in a variety of currencies, as well as securitizations of TMCC’s U.S. auto loan and lease portfolios. In 2014, he led the development and execution of the inaugural Toyota Financial Services Green Bond ABS, which received an Adam Smith Award for Best Financing Solution from Treasury Today magazine. Since that time, TFS has issued three more Green Bonds in both the U.S. ABS market and, most recently, the Euro unsecured market. Adam also manages the company’s fixed-income Investor Relations activities. Before joining Toyota in 2010, he previously worked at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and Deloitte Consulting. Adam earned a BA from Grinnell College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
